Valentine’s Day 2022

1 February 2022
Our patisserie chefs have been inspired by love and gourmet cuisine to celebrate Valentine's Day with chocolates, small gateaux and desserts to share... Which of these creations would you choose to declare your ardour ?

La Maison Larher offers a small gateau in the form of alluring lips consisting of a soft dark chocolate biscuit, raspberry marmalade, whipped rose ganache with lychees and a grand cru dark chocolate mousse.

La Maison Ducobu beckons Cupid with its little heart-shaped gateau and chocolate arrows. Lovers will not be able to resist the fruit version (vanilla, lemon and raspberry) or will succumb to the temptation of the chocolate version (chocolate, fleur de sel and tonka).

This year to celebrate Valentine's Day, Maison Pignol is in partnership with the Lyon jeweller, Cesare Pompan, creating a dessert in the form of their famous ring, giving the place of honour to the lime, wild strawberry, and meadowsweet.

Alban Guilmet 's "Lovely" embodies feathers, a swan and hearts, promising both a moment of lightness and gourmet delight. "Lovely" is a creation of pine nuts, vanilla, fresh grapefruit and orange blossom combined in a delicate alchemy.

Offer your better half a moment of escape with Matthieu Kamm's "Moana". Tonka bean, passion fruit, mango and coconut will take your taste buds on a trip to the tropics !

Maison Oberweis focuses on the sweet and comforting flavours of milk chocolate, Bourbon vanilla and almonds with its "Wendy" entremets. A delicate way of telling the one you love how much you cherish them!

With his "Fifty Shades of Love ", Laurent Duchêne expresses all the subtleties of love in his patisserie cleverly articulated in pear, grapefruit and chocolate. A 100% gourmet and romantic dessert!

What prettier way is there to declare your ardour than to write a letter to the choice of your heart? Christophe Roussel offers a fruity and floral dessert, consisting of rose, raspberry and lychee decorated in a delicate envelope suggesting the mots doux that you can whisper into the ear of your beloved.

For your greatest delight, flowers and fruit come together as one in "Yasamine Mixed Hearts" a dessert by Pierre Hermé. Jasmine, mango and grapefruit combine in an intoxicating harmony.
