Contestants will produce an artistic showpiece for the presentation of an entremets, based on the theme of NATURALITY.

The contest will take place Quai de Javel in Paris Sunday 18 September morning.

Prizes will be awarded on the same day during the exceptional Prix d’Excellence evening event: the Gala de la Pâtisserie 2022, organized on the Yachts de Paris.

All guests will be able to admire the candidates' Artistic showpieces, exposed during the evening.

Book the date of September 18 for this festive evening, that will reward the one who has made the most beautiful showpiece and the best gâteau, according to theme of this year: naturality.
