Sébastien Serveau

Sébastien Serveau is one of the most awarded pastry chefs of his generation. He received an impressive number of prizes in over 30 national and international competitions, and even participated in the MOF Pâtissier (Best Craftsman of France Pâtissier) final in 2004 at the age of 29.

Sébastien Serveau built a career based on excellence, creativity and taste for sharing. He left his mark on prestigious establishments such as Alain Ducasse as Head of Training and Consulting department, contributing to the opening of exceptional schools and establishments throughout the world, the Ritz-Paris as Pastry Chef and Maison Dalloyau as Executive Chef, where he managed 70 people.

After sharing his know-how internationally for a decade through his consulting company, he and his wife realised a long-held dream in 2020 by creating Pâtisserie FINE, a pastry and chocolate shop located in Versailles, close to the Palace, as well as a production laboratory with a Click&Collect service just a few minutes away in Voisins-le-Bretonneux. Thanks to his years of experience in the field and in competitions, and his constant search for excellence, he created a contemporary and elegant patisserie that combines a subtle balance of flavours and textures.
