César Guillet

César Guillet, who is the third generation of a family of pastry chefs, is now officially part of Maison Guillet, which was established by his grandfather Daniel and then developed with great success by his father Luc. 

He spent more than four years working at various establishments in the Relais Desserts network, particularly Vincent Guerlais in Nantes, Richard Sève in Lyon, Arnaud Larher in Paris and Norihiko Terai in Tokyo, and now he is back in Romans-sur-Isère. 

César is now working as a trio with his sister Lou and their father Luc. Together, they are promoting a high-quality patisserie that is both elegant and delectable, reflecting the high standards of Maison Guillet. 

His arrival in the Relais Desserts association marks a generational transition guided by the passing on of experience, boldness and loyalty to a family tradition of excellence.
