Christophe Adam

 Christophe Adam, who is originally from Brittany, distinguished himself early on alongside the greatest chefs in renowned establishments such as the Crillon, the Gavroche or the Palace Beaurivage. He forged his name and renown by working as Executive Chef and Creative Director during 15 years for the Fauchon group. 

 All started in 2002 with a special colour and flavour éclair: the orange éclair. This marked the beginning of a great and beautiful adventure for the chef, who created L’Éclair de Génie in 2012 on the basis of the avant-garde concept of the single product. This top-end establishment breaks with the conventions of traditional patisserie. With over 500 variations, éclairs are now the brand’s DNA.
