The son of the famous pastry chef and chocolatier Denis Matyasi – a member of Relais Desserts for nearly 20 years – is Kévin Matyasi. The latter is the successor to an iconic establishment in the South of France.
Kévin was trained from a very young age in the world of patisserie. Today, he preserves the high standards that have forged the reputation of the family company, while adding a fresh touch.
Based in La Crau, its goal is to preserve the know-how passed on by his father. Its integration in the Relais Desserts association not only reflects the continuity of a family passion, but also the arrival of a new generation inspired by the pursuit of excellence, curiosity and a love for the profession.
