Florian KOELLER

Florian Köeller fell in love with fine patisserie at the age of 17. For the next ten years he was to teach himself.

Between 2004 and 2009, he decided to train as a patissier. He worked as an employee and trainee in haute gastronomy (* */* ***) and patisserie. He underwent several advanced training courses.

In 2009, together with his partner Sandra Koeller, he created “L’ Art Sucré GmbH”. The adventure began with a small shop and a tea room in Wiesbaden (Frankfurt region).

He opened his second boutique in 2012 in Bad Homburg. Then the third and largest boutique in 2015 in Frankfurt.
