Joaquin Soriano has worked for many years during his career in prestigious Michelin-starred establishments. His career led him to work at Le Meurice, Alléno Yannick and Alain Ducasse in Paris, as well as at the Grand Hôtel - Park 45 in Cannes and at the Luc Guillet Relais Desserts patisserie in Valence.

In 2012, he distinguished himself by winning the French Dessert Championship in the “Macarons” category. At the present time,  he is head of the CJSJ patisserie in Taiwan and brings life to his creations by drawing inspiration from the elements that have underlined his own life. His passion comes from cartoons, manga and fairy tales, and he subtly integrates these worlds into his sweet creations.

The Chef appreciates the challenges and constraints he encounters when collaborating with various brands; for example, it leads him to integrate new artisanal techniques and each new collaboration offers him an opportunity to surpass himself.
