At just 28 years old, and trained to the highest standards of excellence, he is the latest talent in a long line of worthy craftsmen. Xavier Berger’s grandfather was voted France’s best artisan ice-cream maker, whilst his father, Patrick Berger, was voted France’s best artisan pastry chef.
