ELECTION OF THE NEW RELAIS DESSERTS OFFICE

INTRODUCTION

The new Relais Desserts board was elected on Tuesday, September 19 at the end of the General Assembly of the association organized as every year during the annual autumn seminar.

Vincent Guerlais, was re-elected with a new team whose composition is as follows:

Président: Vincent Guerlais

Vice-Presidents: Pierre Hermé and Jeff Oberweis

Secretary: Aurélien Trottier

Treasurer: Michel Belin

Admissions Manager: Pascal Lac (assisted by Sébastien Bouillet and Arnaud Larher)

Belgium: Marc Ducobu

Loire Bretagne: Christophe Roussel

Paris: Emmanuel Ryon

Grand Est: Florian Koeller

Alps: Damien Moutarlier

Provence: Eric Escobar

Italy: Luigi Biasetto

Spain: Eric Ortuno

Sud-Ouest: Xavier Berger

Japan: Norihito Teraï

This new team has been elected for 5 years, their role is to ensure the daily management of the Association and to supervise the organization of events, such as the annual seminars or the Evening of the Awards of Excellence or the Relais Desserts Charles Proust Competition.

Food for the Gods, honey has a high symbolic value. In the Western Wold it has been the sweetener most used for centuries, until sugar overshadowed its glory and put it back in its quasi-divine role of aromatic ingredient.

Barcelona 2026: Relais Desserts gathers its members in Catalonia

Il y a des villes qui donnent envie de créer. Barcelone en fait partie. C’est dans ce cadre que près d’une centaine de pâtissiers internationaux, venus de différentes régions à travers le monde, se sont retrouvés les 3, 4 et 5 mai derniers pour les Rencontres Internationales de Printemps Relais Desserts. Une édition placée sous le signe de l’échange, de la découverte et du partage, organisée avec générosité par les membres de la région Espagne : Eric Ortuno et ses homologues espagnols.
