We can promise an evening that will bring together the entire profession. All the faces of patisserie will be present from palace to boutique pastry chefs, some with more than 20 years of experience, some more recently appointed, and all happy to meet and to celebrate their art.

The Young Hope Prix d 'Excellence will be presented to the winner of the event organised on 7th September at the Lenôtre school where the 5 finalists will be determined.
The test will consist of making a fig dessert and a small piece in chocolate. The finalists are all under the age of 26 and employed in a Relais Desserts house.
The results will be announced on www.relais-desserts.net on 16th September and on social networks from the evening of the 15th. The tests themselves will be livestreamed from the Gabriel Pavillon.
After passing through the kitchens of Alain Ducasse, the laboratories of Ladurée, without forgetting the Ritz, Claire Heitlzer finally opens her workshop and her online shop at the end of October! Under the name «Claire & Producteurs», this concept will defend the values dear to the Alsatian leader: eco-responsibility and gluttony.

The Omnivore Fall Culinary Festival will take place from 11 to 13 September at the Parc Floral in Paris and will feature pastry. You will meet among others Jade and Jacques Génin, Nina Métayer, Michaël Bartocetti, Christophe Michalak or François Josse!
