We can promise an evening that will bring together the entire profession. All the faces of patisserie will be present from palace to boutique pastry chefs, some with more than 20 years of experience, some more recently appointed, and all happy to meet and to celebrate their art.

The Young Hope Prix d 'Excellence will be presented to the winner of the event organised on 7th September at the Lenôtre school where the 5 finalists will be determined.

The test will consist of making a fig dessert and a small piece in chocolate. The finalists are all under the age of 26 and employed in a Relais Desserts house.

The results will be announced on www.relais-desserts.net on 16^th September and on social networks from the evening of the 15th. The tests themselves will be livestreamed from the Gabriel Pavillon.
