2 August 2022
We're only too willing to bet that once summer's well and truly here, you'll be wanting to trade in your favourite dessert for an ice lolly or an ice cream coupe! The refreshing suggestions of our patisserie chefs and glaciers are just waiting to be discovered.

At Roland Zanin, the freshness is made just to be shared! Discover his homemade "full fruit" sorbets with mango, strawberry, raspberry or lemon flavours...

Conceived as a veritable frozen dessert, this verrine offered by Sébastien Bouillet is based on a vanilla ice cream, an orange gel and a rum baba. Give it a go!

Pierre Hermé has imagined "Chado" as a tribute to the flavours of the land of the Rising Sun. The ice cream he has to offer is somewhere between shade and light, where the notes of yuzu and green tea are alternately intertwined and unveiled.

There's no heat wave that can resist Alain Chartier's signature ice lollies. They will quench your gourmet thirst with passion fruit or pistachio.

Create your own ice cream coupes at Bernard Besse and melt with delight at the taste of the most refreshing fruits!

Another discovery just waiting to be made is at Jean-Paul Hévin. This frozen Italian-style yogurt is as sumptuous as you like and topped with a red fruit coulis that is as tangy as you like!

Chocolate aficionados have another think coming! Marc Ducobu will tickly your gourmet taste buds with this irresistible frozen chocolate ice lolly!

Sumptuous, refreshing and delicately scented, topped by a delicious cone, the ice creams of the Maison Lenôtre will please everyone's tastes this summer!

You'll give in to the "Frenchies Glacés Pistache et Fleur d 'Oranger", a creation by Emmanuel Ryon and Olivier Ménard centres around a heart of pistachio ice cream, a thin softlayer of marshmallow with orange blossom and pistachio shavings.
